In early 2020 Luigi Brenna and Lorenzo Galvani, having met through Archinapsi, decide to collaborate on different projects finding themselves complementary in terms of skills and sensibilities. By 2022 they decide to present themselves together under the name L2 Architecture & Design while not erasing their individual identities.
Contagious and inspired by the historical and natural beauty of Montefeltro Lorenzo Galvani decides to enroll in the year 2000, in the Course of Industrial Design at the Faculty of Architecture of the Sapienza University of Rome where he graduated with a specialization in furniture and interior design. Thus began the collaboration, at Cà Belli luce s.a.s. where he sensitized the approach to stone and lighting. Later he approaches the world of interior design by setting up public spaces, such as offices, stores and private spaces. In 2010 together with his older brother and architect, he decided to create Quadrastudio whose goal is to put at the center of the work, a "sartorial" design, where detail and research have allowed to gain recognition and appreciation among clients and others.
Luigi Brenna graduated in architecture from the Milan Polytechnic before pursuing a doctorate in Industrial Design at the same university, where he has been teaching as a lecturer since 2005. He currently teaches courses in Metaproject and Visual Elements for Design. After graduation, a few internship experiences at Milan studios allowed him to gain the necessary experience to open his own studio where he ranges from interior renovation projects to custom furniture design and the restoration of entire condominium facades. A co-founder of Archinapsi (a network of design professionals) and the cultural association Urbanizer, which promoted service deisgn initiatives for the improvement of life in urban areas, he is always looking for new stimuli to decline his design skills in different areas. His passion for drawing and painting has always accompanied him and his "Urban Portraits. Milan," exhibited on several occasions, are appreciated by a wide audience.
