The practice Lagneau Architectes was founded in 2014 by Jean-François Lagneau, chief architect of historical monuments, Xavier Lagneau, heritage architect and Patrice Girard, architect. It took over from the family practice founded in 1905. Lagneau Architectes has restored and refurbished many Parisian buildings, such as the Louvre Post Office, the Salle Labrouste of the Bibliothèque nationale de France, hotels in Lauzun and Mayenne and La Samaritaine department store 2, in Paris.
The architects support the project managers and their colleagues in their work on exceptional buildings to develop and take charge of the historical and heritage dimension of the project from the phase of studies to the work on the building.
