MXN DESIGN is an independent architectural design-and-build studio based in the Ribble Valley, creating distinctive spaces, structures and objects for private homes, country estates and hospitality settings. Led by designer and creator Max Stummer, our work ranges from sculptural cabins and self-contained guest accommodation to luxury outdoor showers, saunas, natural swimming ponds, outdoor kitchens, bespoke interiors, furniture and architectural outdoor lighting. Every commission is shaped around its site, purpose and owner, then carried through from concept and detailing to fabrication and installation. Site-built work is undertaken across Lancashire and neighbouring areas, while transportable designs can be delivered or assembled throughout the UK.
