N+A Architects is a design-build architecture and interior design studio based in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad), Maharashtra, India, co-founded by Ar. Nikhil Chopda and Ar. Apurva Chopda. The practice specializes in architecture, interior design, liaising, and landscape design, working across residential apartments, row houses, bungalows, group housing, and mixed-use commercial developments.
At its core, N+A Architects believes in creating spaces that are functional, aesthetically refined, and contextually rooted — every project responds to its physical, social, and cultural context rather than imposing on it. As a design-build practice, the studio bridges drawings with real-time site realities, offering hands-on coordination with site teams, vendors, and municipal authorities from concept through handover.
With 36+ completed and ongoing projects totaling over 3,49,200 sq.ft., N+A Architects' portfolio spans residential towers and row housing, heritage bungalow renovations, office interiors, and community/temple design — reflecting a practice as comfortable with large-scale liaising and structural coordination as with the detail-level craft of interior finishes.
