Ayodhya Tower is a landmark mixed-use development that harmonizes commercial viability with residential comfort within a dense urban fabric.
Located in Ulkanagari—a high-traffic zone—this project posed multiple challenges including irregular site shape, traffic exposure, and balancing dual
access points for residential and commercial users.
The design was developed to optimize visibility and frontage for ground-floor retail, while ensuring a secure and quiet living environment above. Typical
floors are organized around an efficient core, with 3BHK and 4BHK units laid out to maximize natural light, cross-ventilation, and privacy. The elevation
features clean vertical divisions, perforated elements, and recessed balconies that create depth and rhythm, contributing to both identity and thermal
control.
From the liaising phase to planning setbacks, parking management (including dual ramps and stacked systems), and structural alignment with MEP
demands—this project required continuous coordination and on-ground problem-solving. Our ability to translate design vision into execution-ready
solutions while adapting to real-time municipal, site, and vendor conditions is what defines the progress and success of Ayodhya Tower.
