We create spaces that offer the chance to be, pause, reflect and grow. Places to retreat to, to be sheltered by. Places that nurture the soul. Places to commune with others. Beautiful places that offer a sense of wonder to all those who encounter and experience them. Places that give back and speak of the people and setting that they belong to – back in time and looking forward to the future.

We question. We work hard to realise the narrative potential in every situation. Each project we undertake is bespoke, responding directly to your needs and the wider project context. We have a wealth of planning experience and practical knowledge of delivering unique homes including Paragraph 79 developments. Whilst the majority of our private work is focused on new-build houses we also enjoy working with existing and historic buildings, breathing new life into old. We are committed to making places that are joyful places to be, use less energy and enhance their setting.

We realise potential and we add value. We enjoy working with housing providers and developers to help transform and build communities. We work with clients that share our values and we will assist you in creating quality buildings and special places that people will want to invest in. Our unique process and our reputation for excellence helps us secure planning in challenging contexts and investment funding. Our clients include Grosvenor Estate, Nicon Developments, Belmore Building Developments, and CCF Properties.

We have delivered a number of public buildings including office spaces, cafés, restaurants, arts, community and sports facilities. We understand the value of collaboration with stakeholders, the importance of public engagement and benefits of engaging with the planning process and will support you through every step. We work with Local Authorities, Developers, Charities and Commercial Clients offering the full range of our architectural services. Our clients include: BCP (Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council), South Somerset District Council, Canoe Lake Leisure, AEH Hotels Ltd, Collections Trust and Girlguiding.
