Skandium was founded in London in 1999 by three Scandinavians with the aim of being the best retailer of Scandinavian design & furniture in the world. They immediately gained a loyal following by giving customers a wide product choice while being served by knowledgeable staff in a well-presented environment. Skandium now has a thriving online store as well offering a wide range of products not available in its stores. Skandium also acts as agent for a number of Scandinavian brands and wholesales products to other retailers in the UK. Finally, Skandium provides a contract sales service for commercial projects and interior design for private clients.
