SPAN Architects was established on 15th July 2016 at Indore, India with the ideas of three college friends who strongly believed in their respective design concepts and had nurtured the feeling over the past couple of years.
SPAN was recognized with Special mention Award under the Private Residence Category at Times Of India - Architects Conclave 2019, for Architecture & Design of 'The Courtyard House'. They have also been listed by Rethinking The Future as the Top 25 Architectural Firms of Indore.
Considering that Anand, Arpit and Pratik came from similar Architectural backgrounds, as three of them are NIT, Bhopal Graduates (Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology, Bhopal) and belong to same city Indore. They have similar background yet, have different style of works. One of them is based on strong responses to nature and inclusion of natural and cultural elements in design, other being rational, aesthetic yet responsive and the third being extremely good in logistics and large scale projects.
SPAN essentially reflects a new-age vision that is dynamic and sincere in its application of knowledge, diving into the depths of a subject, discovering and sharing its beauty, finding inspiration in forms, spaces, relations, tangibles and intangibles, searching for hidden resources within and without celebrating nature in every nuance, respecting people, practices, science, services and above all, the cradle called environment that nurtures us.
The core team at SPAN consists of qualified and knowledge driven professionals comprising of Architects, Interior Designers and Engineers who create versatile body of work ranging from Architecture, Interior, Landscape and Product Design. The firm strives to maintain a balance between aesthetics and functionality in all its designs. There is a constant search of exploring the uncharted and concluding beyond the conventional.
