Sud Architekt Polska sp. z o.o. , as the Polish branch office of the French consortium Sud Architectes and Sud Groupe based in Lyon, is the architectural studio situated in Warsaw and operating within the entire Poland.
SUD Architectes was created at the beginning of the eighties by two partners Bertrand De Lagarde and Jean-Marc Pivot. Our firm employs approximately 100 architects, engineers and town planners on the territory of France, working on the different designing fields.
Sud Architekt Polska sp. z o.o. was created in 1996. At present, we are collaborating with 85 architects in Warsaw; twenty nine of them are licensed.
In 2016, our firm’s turnover obtained from the architectural – engineering design activity has reached over 31 M PLN in Poland and nearly 50 M PLN in France.
We specialise in the multifunctional centres, retail and leisure, public use, communication and transport, office buildings, hotel and residential developments, revitalisation of the historic buildings.
We act as the Main Architect on each design stage: from feasibility studies, through WZiZT, MPZP and building permits obtentions, tender and execution design with authors’ supervision.
Apart from architecture, we guarantee full scope of works with the involvement our trustful partners: structural engineers, mechanical & electrical engineers, road design, PPOZ, BHP and Sanepid experts, lighting design, interior design.
