Most recently, having received some of the world's most prestigious design awards — Red Dot and, with an ongoing residential project, iF — and continuing to grow its international visibility, URBANJOBS received the Jury Special Award in the Best Young Interior Architecture Studio category from the world-renowned Architizer in 2025, and was named a finalist by Archello in the Interior Design of the Year category. In the same year, Esca — selected as Best Restaurant Project at the Maison Française Interior Awards and a Red Dot winner — offered a strong testament to the studio's design-driven approach to gastronomy and hospitality spaces.
Founded in 2018, URBANJOBS has been recognized with numerous prestigious international awards including Red Dot, iF, Architizer, German Design Awards, FX, Maison Française Interior Awards, and Elle Decoration, as well as a range of domestic accolades. This approach — meticulously crafting sensory layers to build atmosphere — encompasses the design of every detail in each project, from door handles to custom-made furniture, shaping the studio's distinctive spatial language.
In the words of URBANJOBS founder Murat Dede:
"The true power and value of design lies in its ability to create an experience that engages our senses. Design is not merely about form; it is a proposition about how a space will be lived in, what it will make us feel, and how it will mature over time."
Today, some of Istanbul's most prominent gastronomy venues have been brought to life through URBANJOBS' designs. The studio's portfolio also includes international brands such as world-renowned restaurateur Alan Yau, the iconic Johnnie Walker, and automotive giant Renault.
Beyond hospitality projects, URBANJOBS designs retail, residential, and office projects for brands such as Beymen, Getir, İş Bankası, Assembly Buildings, Kolektif House, Doğuş, and Nef, producing strong and distinctive spatial identities. With experience designing over 50,000 square meters of office space, the studio takes a holistic approach across all disciplines of interior architecture in large-scale projects spanning retail, luxury residential, and hospitality sectors.
URBANJOBS further strengthens its presence in the international luxury hospitality sector with The Bodrum Edition, which opened its doors in summer 2026. The project reinforces the studio's expertise in creating world-class, upscale hospitality spaces while underlining its growing international presence.
