Vittorio Grassi Architects comprises an international team of architects, urban planners and interior designers who conceive and develop a wide variety of projects: from masterplans to public and private buildings, residential complexes, hotels, offices and commercial spaces throughout the world. The firm is currently involved in the construction of the residential complex in Corso Italia in Florence for Hines Italia, the Cassala 22 office building in Milan, the Sports Hall in Lamezia Terme and two residential complexes in Kuwait City and Algiers. In 2019 the firm completed the project for the transformation into offices of the former American consulate in via Principe Amedeo 5, nominated for the EU Mies Award 2022. Among the firm’s most recent projects: The Arrow office buildings in Rome and XII October in Genoa, and the masterplans for the Military Citadel of Cecchignola in Rome, for the Ex Maslenikov areas in Samara and the Olonkholand Cultural Center in Yakutsk, both in Russia.
