From your initial enquiry our aim will be getting your project to you on time, on budget and with excellent service. Your initial request for information will be discussed at length to ensure we understand exactly what it is that you require. From an individual piece of furniture to an entire interior, your project manager will listen to you and explore what it is you are trying to create, offering helpful advice and ideas to develop your project. And with a combined experience of 150 years of experience in our team we have a lot of knowledge and advice to provide you with. Our quotes are carefully laid out and clear to understand, often with options to make pieces of furniture another way to keep them within budget . Once a project has been commissioned from us and a deposit paid, our Design office gets to work providing a set of either 2D or 3D CAD drawings of your furniture. We are able to work to your concepts of provide create design ideas of our own to inspire you. Our entire team have good communications skills enabling them to discuss and develop with you exactly what you require. On large projects it may be necessary that the site needs to be surveyed and our Design team are fully adept at surveying in complex environments. To supplement the drawing process we can provide you with finish and material samples so that you have a full appreciation of the finished item before you receive it Once drawings and samples have been agreed upon, your project manager will order the timber and veneers necessary to enable our expert team of cabinet makers to manufacture beautiful pieces of furniture for you. During the process of manufacture we welcome a visit to the workshop by you, ensuring that you are happy with the pieces that are being made, or if required we can send you photos of the pieces in progress. We will also keep you up to date as manufacture progresses. Over many years William Garvey have put a lot of investment into machinery to make us more cost effective. We have a 3 axis CNC machine, veneer cutters, large veneer presses and a massive vacuum press to help us form complex curved shapes. Once the pieces have been signed off by your project manager they will be carefully wrapped and crated before being delivered to site, and if required installed by our installation team. Our Finance team will provide you with clear invoicing throughout the project, from the initial deposit to the final payment, all clearly laid out and easy to follow. And when the project is over we don’t stop there. We will always ensure you are happy with the process and furniture that we have provided by following up with you how the project went, and how we could do better. We are constantly striving to improve our service and your comments will always be welcome.
