The brand BRAUN is a synonym for much more than “simply” a traditional manufacturer of chairs. Following the founding of the “Sessel- und Holzwarenfabrik” at the foot of Lockenhaus castle in the year 1921 by Kommerzialrat Johan Braun, the core competencies of BRAUN Lockenhaus evolved constantly. The manufacturer of contract and design furniture collections is proud to have gradually established itself as the Austrian market leader for customized room concepts. Today BRAUN supplies the entire Austrian contract sector. Clients are for example the “21er Haus”, “Esterhazy Palace” in Eisenstadt, the “Kultur Kongress Zentrum” Eisenstadt, Vienna Airport, the fancy restaurants “Fabios”, “Lugeck” and “Motto am Fluss” or the “Congress Schladming” convention center. Since 2005 BRAUN Lockenhaus is part of the German SCHNEEWEISS AG interior, which became SCHNEEWEISS interior design world in 2019.
