Vicca Verde develops architectural projects from conception to final delivery. We offer services in Architecture, Construction Management, and Comprehensive Project Management. In 2000, the Vicca Verde architecture studio was founded in Lima, Peru. With over 500 projects in five countries—Peru, Chile, Colombia, the United Kingdom, Egypt, Iceland, Italy, among others—150 completed projects, and 30 international projects, the studio has designed over 500,000 m², with 50% of them executed. For Vicca Verde, architecture is a transformative discipline that balances tradition and technology to create innovative, sustainable solutions in harmony with the environment. The studio’s innovation focuses on reinterpreting local techniques and materials, integrating elements such as pigmented concrete, steel, wood, and recycled materials to create durable structures that adapt to both urban and rural landscapes. A positive impact is fundamental; the team approaches each project from a community perspective, promoting heritage recovery and urban dialogue. From its headquarters in a restored 1920s house in Barranco, Vicca Verde fosters connectivity and cultural exchange, demonstrating that great architecture generates networks, relationships, and spaces for social growth.
