Building at 289, Carrer Mallorca, designed by Majó i Ribas in 1900. The project involved restoring the façade and cleaning the stone, especially the balcony slabs, according to the criteria of Barcelona’s Urban Landscape and Colour Scheme Institute.
The main entrance was rehabilitated, recovering the original pavement of Carrara marble that had suffered differential settlement.

The mezzanine, formerly a textile store, called for complete remodelling.
The new studio of Arriola & Fiol is situated on the ground floor.
