The new Mossos d'Esquadra police station in La Jonquera is a new infrastructure promoted by the Department Interior of the government of the Generalitat de Catalunya with the aim of providing the necessary security resources in the strategic area where it is located.
The building is composed of a hidden fixing profile that creates a modern and dynamic aesthetic with clean lines. In addition, the use of the same perforated profile in some areas prioritises natural light and ventilation to create a comfortable and efficient environment.
The skin of the building is made of the Eurodesign 470-51 ribbed steel ribbed tray in pre-lacquered steel in grey RAL 9007. The same perforated profile has also been used in some areas to allow natural light into the building.
