The J - Japanese Contemporary Restaurant is placed on the top floor of the Hilton Sorrento Palace, with a panoramic view of the Gulf of Naples, the unique scenario which is turned to be one of the main element of the design itself.
The project was inspired by both Japanese culture, and by the Mediterranean mood that characterizes this place. The Iroko wood staves are the leitmotiv of the J restaurants, and used as backdrop of the wooden and white marble counter, the white and soft curtains recall the sinuous movement of the sea waves.
Roda furnishings, chairs, sofas, and rugs together with bespoke tables and combined with the Viabizzuno lighting evoke Mediterranean terraces on summer evenings .The design of the green area choose to integrate wood and metal partitions with Atelier Vierkant material vases.
Material Used:
1. Viabizzuno - Light
2. Chairs - Roda
3. Acro - Sun shade
4. Atelier Vierkant - Vases
