Built originaly in 1966, the Leça da Palmeira Pool is one of the first buildings designed by Álvaro Siza Vieira. Fully integrated with the seaside sidewalk this building is totally fused with the rocks. Leça da Palmeira Pools is one the projects mentioned in the Pritzker Prize award note for Siza Vieira.
