WHERE HISTORY AND RETAIL GET A NEW SHINE
Optik Amberg in Erlangen was given the opportunity to rent the adjacent building. The Besoldes Haus (popularly called Der Berner) where the Berner fashion house was previously located and where the rent was recently paid by Flying Tiger became available.

The WSB team was asked to take up this challenge; retail and the history of the property. Concerning the preservation of monuments, there was not much that required attention except for the facade (partly), 4 old stucco ceilings and the old gate of the former decline. We have used the structure of the building to turn the 600m² into a wonderful shopping-department store experience.
