In its updated form, Optimum Izmir Expansion now stands as the largest Shopping Center in the Aegean Region. Located in the Gaziemir District, the project’s total leasable area increased from 58.000 sqm to 86.000 sqm while the total area of the shopping centre increased from 138,000 sqm to 228,000 sqm.

Optimum is home to 240 stores, 90 of which have been newly added to the portfolio. Operating for the first time, the project’s sports club houses more than 10 new restaurants and coffee shops with an outdoor gazebo area, an ice rink, movie theatre, bowling hall, playgrounds and recreational facilities for children with an addition of two new playgrounds totaling 3,000 sqm.

The area also supports special-needs with the design of interactive toys intended for children with autism.
