When the county of San Diego wanted a major systems renovation and interiors refresh of the 1938 Historical Landmark, County Administration Center, they went with the Design-Build team headed up by Turner Construction with Sillman Wright Architects and ID Studios who lead the Full Programming, Finish Refresh and FF&E effort in the County Counsel Law Offices and the Dining Room and Servery, called “Community 1600,” which serves the entire Administration Center.
