The brand-new omakase in a town called 'Shiroi' means 'white' in the Japanese language. The concept of interior design is indicated in the image of autumn-winter scenery of traditional Tori temple imagery.

The entrance design with the overlapping Tori structure creates the image of entering the sacred Japanese fine dining atmosphere. After entering the space, the Japanese plum tree was placed individually to represent the time of dining during the seasonal atmosphere overlapped with a round window that projects the mountain behind. The main U shape counter was installed to face the chef and watch the chef's demonstration while making the omakase sushi.

The interior atmosphere covered in white colour makes the space feel like dining in a snowing phenomenon. With the glass brick block, the light illuminates the plate on the table and represents the translucent shade of light through the traditional Japanese door in another definition.

In the zen garden, the rock and stone define the true constant mind's serenity. The landscape connects the space from outside to inside which imagines in autumn that the plum blossom fell onto the floor which affects the perception of feeling.
