Insert New Elements & Making Functional Landscape
The design concept begins by flipping the villa planning diriection by locating its front door on the cliff side and combining it with terrace space to enrich the relationship between the building and the rich surrounding nature. Second, an attached modern concrete convenience bathroom component, a white solid gable block to serve as a buffer element facing the camping area. Finally, create a distancing landscape walkway between each villa to serve as a pathway for all visitors to reach the cliff and reverside refreshing area.

Living in Harmony with Nature
The renovation process aims to reuse as much of the existing wooden structure and materials as possible in order to reduce the carbon footprint of new construction. The new addition, white concrete bathroom unite, is designed with 2-cantilivered columns to leave the smallest footprint on the ground, to live harmoniously with nature, and to provide travelers with a nature-friendly experience.
