Due to the size of the lots and having no room for a yard, it’s no surprise that careful consideration was given to develop a usable outdoor living space on each private rooftop.

The deck area of each building offered around 700 sq. ft. of additional living space and featured internal drains and parapet walls which made for easy installation of our tiles.
