360conceptdesignstudio remodeled the interior of the building bringing the owner’s vision to life. Our studio placed great emphasis on the design of individual architectural details, the furnishings and design of special constructions, the choice of both architectural and decorative materials, the lighting design of the interior and exterior spaces as well as the landscape design. The sea view constitutes the main natural feature and, in addition to the large circumferential openings, adds an extroverted style to the indoor spaces by allowing abundant sunlight to reach the interior. The playful interaction of light and shade on the white walls create a sense of joyfulness. The residence extends over four levels; the upper level accommodates the master suite; the ground floorhosts the living room, the dining room and the main kitchen and the bedrooms comprise the first floor. Lastly, the utility rooms, theguest rooms and the parking area are on the lower level.
