This project is the new reference for Hartmann corporation, leader in the wound dressing sector. The project consists of 2500 sqm of offices divided in two floors and was developed in a 7-month construction work, with a complete interior renovation and combining new work and collaborative concepts of Hartmann corporation.

The new central Hartmann offices in Spain contain new quality spaces so as to influence employees’ welfare and productivity. Both flexibility and resource optimization are essential to create the new institutional offices that reflect the company’s values and identity.

Offices distribution is divided into a series of glazed office rooms located at the floor perimeter and a series of circular timber-glazed rooms located in the middle of the floor. The circular rooms’ shape come from the circular shape of the adhesive tape sold by Hartmann. As Jorge Wagensberg said: “the spiral packages”. Different meeting room typologies show the flexibility that the new office offers to the employees depending on their needs.

Arquid has developed, in collaboration with its partner Group-IPS, not only the architectural design project but also the site supervision and the complete project management.
