RUE BRANCION

The intervention consists in the transformation of a hotel into 12 social housing units in Paris 15th district at the crossroad of two streets and a neglected train track.

OVERALL COHERENCE

In order to restore an overall coherence to this building which used to have two distinct languages, we apply the same treatment to the whole building in a ground floor base cladded with anthracite bricks while on the top floors, a discreet light gray fine coating gives a quiet backdrop to the window frames.

DETAILS AND VARIATIONS

Clear glass windows and black anodized aluminum frames alternate randomly with semi-reflective glass windows and gray anodized aluminum frames, liven the facades up.
