The International Trade Tower, also known as Mapletree Bay Point, is a commercial high-rise located in the Kwun Tong district of Hong Kong. Set within one of the city’s fastest-growing business areas, the building stands at 95 metres and offers around 61,000 square metres of office space. Our clients wanted to improve their existing traditional Victorian terrace house by adding a rear extension, refurbishment and reconfiguration of the traditional plan. Azul del Carmen is a Project that responds to how the world of hospitality has evolved. Every day, Airbnb offer grows worldwide. In a highly touristic destiny such as Playa del Carmen, this offer grows quickly. The building is set on a small 245sqm lot, which obliged to a vertical development, which has 4 units, each one with 110sqm. On top, a roof garden with a bar, lounge and infinity pool for all guests. Luxor is a modern city built on the foundations of Thebes, the ancient Egyptian capital of the New Kingdom. The whole city was built on the east bank of the Nile, where the pharaohs decided at some point to build a gigantic temple complex dedicated to Amun. Located in the Ruzafa neighborhood of Valencia is this project of integral reform of housing. Casa en el Ensanche is located in a building of 1937 and the essence of the time is reflected throughout the house. With more than 120 m2 built, we faced a renovation project whose premise was to provide personality and modernity to the whole house while maintaining part of the original essence. Bacon Studio This essence has been preserved preserving the height and part of the original ceiling moldings. Also noteworthy is the kitchen area, where the original Nolla mosaic floor of the house has been preserved.
