Before we stepped in, the kitchen and living room were at opposite corners of this sprawling Riverside Drive apartment — thirty paces apart! We united the common spaces, nearly doubling their size.  You can finally enjoy the long run of windows onto Riverside Park in a single glance. Sótão House (Attic House) is located in the state of Ceará, in the Serra de Guaramiranga (Guaramiranga Mountains). This region is characterized by a large mass of Atlantic Forest vegetation, offering a unique view. The house design was created to integrate with its natural landscape, amplifying the connection between human living and its surroundings. The site has steep topography, which encourages the design to develop over two floors and an attic. This variation provides different perspectives of the surroundings: the ground floor connects intimately with the tree trunks, the upper floor offers views of the treetops, and the attic provides a stunning view over them. Casa A24 is located in Querétaro, Mexico, in a suburb in the periphery of the city with significant growth and great capital gains. The specific restrictions of the suburb benefited the project by allowing us to create 4 facades, as if it were an isolated lot.  In Odessa, nestled within one of the city's oldest buildings, is the Nikos restaurant. Nikos is a Greek restaurant located on Greek Street, constructednby General Nikos Procopius. In the basement, you'll find the kitchen and technical facilities. On the first floor, there is the entrance, an open kitchen with a Greek stove barbecue, and a bar. The Projeto Concept store is a sales point and corporate furniture showroom located in a design and furniture shopping mall in Brasília, Federal District. Recently, Merit Interactive Headquarters, designed by LYCS Architecture with architecture, interior, and exhibition  integration design, officially opened. Merit Interactive Headquarters is located in the eastern part of the West City Science and Technology Innovation Corridor in Hangzhou. It has a construction area of approximately 87,000 square meters and includes functional configurations such as research and development, office, conference, exhibition hall, leisure, and entertainment.  It can accommodate up to 5,000 people working and living simultaneously.
