Approached by a friend who represents a Minimal-window producer from Portugal, called PANORAMAH. We, were given the task of developing a sort of case study home, in the Murud region amidst a coconut grove.  The windows being super high-tech and modern in their presence were meant to disappear against the verdant view.   javiercallejas.com Caption Caption The plan evolved like a two headed worm, with the sleeping spaces in series and the higher main living and dining spaces flanking opposite ends of the series. GZC Dampoort is a large health center with two floors, where many healthcare providers come together under one roof. The one-and-a-half-line health center will house a general practice, psychologist, outpatient clinic, pharmacy, dermatologist and many others. The building has been cut open and unfolded and follows the building lines of the surrounding buildings. In this project, we took care of the distribution of spaces and interior design, facing the challenge of transforming an apartment that was originally delivered with walls and finished kitchen and bathroom areas. Our first task was to dialogue with the clients to understand their family needs and the furniture they wanted to keep. The Flight Zipline and Café are located on Red Mountain in Qom, connecting two mountains. The café features five interconnected sections housing a café-restaurant, kitchen, and party hall on the ground floor. Its roof has an urban terrace inspired by Aliqapo Palace, incorporating light structures. The sliding sections and tent-like forms evoke traditional Iranian architecture, enhancing night lighting and harmonizing with the desert landscape. The architectural exploration starts from the chromatic, material and finally formal study in order to guarantee a 360° sensorial experience. At the intersection of two major highways, the Tehran Science Museum is designed as a landmark, blending science’s history and progress with visitor exploration. Inspired by contemporary science philosophy, galleries function independently, allowing unique visitor paths and flexible curation. Minimizing its footprint, the museum adapts to the slope with a garden rooftop that unites built and natural spaces. A central sunken courtyard, inspired by Iranian tradition, and a peripheral ring guide visitors, creating a connected, adaptive space that balances nature and architecture.
