In the midst of an office culture paradigm shift, Bamboo’s second location offers open coworking, private offices, amenity, and event spaces addressing the flux of workspace needs in new hybrid models. The adaptive reuse project converts a historic furniture store into a new community hub.  The design process began with a design decision guide. Their freshly renovated location in the heart of Arnhem is a perfect spot to work and meet.  Office and café under one roof In addition to fully equipped workplaces and meeting rooms, the visitors of Newday Arnhem can enjoy a welcoming café on the ground floor of the building. Spaces Hennessy stands proud in the middle of the buzzing Wai Chai area. A long with its great accessibility, Spaces Hennessy provides matching conveniences and co-working experience from within. The Frames is a bespoke development tailored to small and creative businesses in Shoreditch. The five-storey building creates 80,000 sq. ft. of flexible workspace for London’s new and growing companies, providing office and studio units to suit a variety of users, along with shared meeting rooms, break-out areas, tea points, cycle storage, shower facilities and a café.
