NHMedia are the media company of North Holland. Having outgrown their shared office space, they decided to move from Amsterdam to Hilversum. Hollandse Nieuwe were tasked with developing a new, inspiring workspace in the M-Media Building in Hilversum. Ewout Huibers Briefing However, NHMedia’s move was not simply about expansion. The brief also outlined a number of organizational challenges that the new workplace should resolve. De Rigo is one of Italy's leading manufacturers of luxury eyewear and accessories, with offices throughout the world. Metagram was commissioned to design a new location office for the company in Kwai Fong, Hong Kong. Metagram As a company that primarily serves eyewear retailers, our brief was to design an office with retail level show and board rooms.  Metagram The design is minimalist, featuring full height glass door and partitions, capitalizing on the building's high ceilings. Spaces are oriented toward the panoramic district views and are drenched in natural daylight. The contemporary building provides 400,000 sq ft of modern office space with flexible floorplates and is now the primary office location for Meta employees in the UK.  Hufton + Crow The development is divided into four large facets that follow the curve of the site. It is heavily influenced by the industrial heritage of the extensive railway development on its western boundary. The building’s distinctive façade features two layers: a cladding of bronzed anodised aluminium panels sits behind bronze anodised aluminium louvres that are perforated.
