Riverside Drive Apartment
Cet appartement de Riverside Drive, d'inspiration moderne du milieu du siècle, est un appartement combiné de 2 500 pieds carrés. Il a été conçu comme une maison pour une famille de cinq personnes qui continuerait à accueillir les enfants à mesure qu'ils grandissent. La rénovation de l'appartement a transformé l'espace en déplaçant l'entrée et en créant un foyer généreux adjacent à la nouvelle cuisine agrandie.

Riverside Trendy Apartment
The trendy apartment house is a high-end luxurious apartment house situated in lively area of Ahmedabad near Sabarmati river, belongs to a family of 3 generations. This was a 5bhk apartment converted into 4bhk as per client’s requirement and a traditional concept of central courtyard but in a modern way was demonstrated in the design making the apartment even more spacious. Many civil changes were done to make the apartment look grand and gain ample of natural light to every corner of the house. The idea of dividing the private areas and common areas was functionally well designed through a passage keeping both the areas with its own character and identity.

Stepped Cube House
This residential Bungalow is a unique design of space designed for client with challenging requirements. The client had selected this site as its location is one of the affluent places in Ahmedabad. The site area being 2600 Sq.ft. with one common wall between two bungalows was itself just a challenging job for designing it, along with client’s demand on having open and interesting spaces making the house grand in its own way. Brief of client was having a 4 bhk bungalow along with every room and common spaces getting balconies with it. Also client had a requirement of an elevator with staircase so that all age groups could access every floor of bungalow which was very rare to see in this scale of bungalow. Urban Frame House
Client had a simple and clear brief of 4 BHK Bungalow and was seeking a lifestyle that evolved harmoniously between man and nature. They wanted the house to have a connection with the garden, plenty of natural light, and lively interiors.
As one enters the house, the built form reveals its framed facade closely. This concept of frames is introduced with intent to maintain the privacy of the user. The planning allows for integrating a linear parking area. Since the house shares a common wall with adjoining bungalow on the south, a beautiful garden has been provided in the north.
