Regional Learning Center - CFA
The regional learning center of Gennevilliers appears as a set of two parallel and monolithic naves. These are cladded by a siding shingle of terra-cotta which covers the façades and the roofs, giving it continuity and unity to the different volumes created. Designed as an open end of the building, the Northern facade includes a high and smooth glass wall which becomes their showcase. En savoir plus

Médiathèque Choisy le Roi
In Choisy-le-Roi, a southern suburb of Paris, Brenac + Gonzalez have realised a new media library. Replacing an old building from 1885, the new-built rises on the left bank of the Seine and refocuses the municipality’s cultural and public life towards the river, which had long been cut off by railway tracks and docks.
In order to emphasize the public character of the building, the architects have lifted the bulk of its volume above the ground, which now hosts a large, transparent entrance hall that contains public exhibition space. The actual programme, comprising collections of books for the youth and adults, as well as multimedia, offices and a multipurpose room, freely alternate with reading spaces.

Alcide DE GASPERI Tower
Renovation project of a high-rise office building. Façade has been entirely replaced. The new facade is created to answer the demand for a high thermal performance facade. A compact double skin façade, integrated with venetian blind, is also ventilated. Due to the limited access, a special installation method was necessary. En savoir plus

Centre PROUVE - GRAND NANCY
The Palais des Congrès in Nancy, located 300m from Nancy railway station, was built from the ancient postal sorting office designed by Claude PROUVE. A parallel railway extension contributed to the impact of the gateway to the city
of Nancy. The façades were designed to create premises opening out onto the city in all senses. This building has been in progress since 2011 and will be handed over by the end of 2014. En savoir plus
