Cafeina is an international architecture firm that focuses on creating and transforming authentic and inclusive spaces through a multidisciplinary, human, innovative, and positive approach.
Founded in 2008 by Leonardo Neve in the coffee-growing region of the Mexican State of Puebla, with the purpose of awakening intense sensations throughout positive sustainable architecture projects, that exert a positive effect on their context, becoming a source of new opportunities for vulnerable communities.
Currently, Cafeina is focused on the realization of creative projects that promote positive impact for real estate developers, urban and architectural design for governmental projects, and office and restaurant design for Mexico, the United States and Latin America. Our work has been recognized for its quality and innovation in architectural design, being selected as part of the “Best International Houses Design” exhibition at the XVIIVenice Architecture Biennale, and awarded with America's Property Awards (Toronto 2017), The Architecture Biennial of Puebla (2018 & 2016), as well as the Top 100 Projects of Archdaily in 2016, among others.
