ITALIAN, CRAFTSMANSHIP Royal Trunk products are handcrafted in Italy by our experienced artisans, preserving their bespoke exclusivity. Only the finest materials and finishings are selected, and they are handled with careful attention to preserve their quality. All leathers used to cover our trunks are handpicked by Royal Trunk’s artisans in the most famous Italian tanneries. At our factory, woodcrafters spend up to five days shaping, sanding, and lacquering the wooden structure of the pieces. The materials for every model are book-matched by experts to ensure our high standards are met. Only after the structural work is complete does the upholstery gradually take shape. Each trunk requires approximately 250 hours of handcrafted work, and our standard is perfection. Before our trunks leave the factory, they must go through a series of stringent quality tests to guarantee their perfection. Only when we are 100% satisfied will the trunk be delivered to the client. A “Made-in-Italy” certification is issued for each trunk, guaranteeing its creativ design and production quality according to traditional Italian craft techniques.
