Residence Henry Van de Velde is a small and exceptional residence with 5 apartments and 2 penthouses. Partly because of the proximity of the sea and the beach is attempted to create a pure lines. A simplicity of alternating horizontal and vertical planes in dialogue with the naturalness of the dunes, the beach, the horizon. The result is an explicit in misalignment of two stacked blocks.
