The project is located in the commercial and business centre of Bangkok which is surrounded by many large public green spaces. Especially spotted in a green residential extension of Lumpini Park, the hotel also offers a glimpse of the Royal Bangkok Sports Club and the US Embassy to create the memorable impressions with a 360-degree views.

To implement traditional Thai house for characterizing the building envelope value, Plan Asso considered to require industrial materials offering rapid installations, energy-saving and high-value recycling, i.e. precast concrete, aluminium, and laminated insulated low-E glazed. Furthermore, the main objective of sustainable design we highlighted is to integrate into the terms of urban design to connect between internal spaces and external contexts by creating multifunctional green spaces to be “the lungs of the city”.
