The 'South City' project extends along avenue Fonsny from place Broodthaers which is opposite the entrance to Gare du Midi railway station. A mixed complex formed by two office buildings of 18 662 m² (Broodthaers) and 13 625 m² (Fonsny) and a 7 465 m² hotel create a balance where the future Place Broodthaers was to be, and blend in with the building outline of the rue d'Angleterre.
