The San Francesco area is one of the most infrastructured locations in the Milanese area, serving as a true gateway to the metropolis. Here, you can find the terminus of the yellow metro line at San Donato, the stop for the suburban railway, the convergence of the Autostrada del Sole, and the East and West ring roads.

The proposed ambitious intervention aims to revitalize the entire area, currently in a state of complete degradation, by creating a sports and entertainment complex spanning over 150,000 square meters of gross floor area, named "SportLifeCity."

This complex seeks to integrate sports activities and events with social life, work, and leisure. The vision is to establish a district with four dedicated areas for Sports, Health, Education, and Entertainment, aiming to integrate traditional sports with E-Sports and Technology (utilizing cutting-edge robotics and biohacking tools); education with entertainment; wellness hospitality with sports rehabilitation therapies and treatments; and retail with social life, work, and leisure.
