The Uniview Headquarters is located in the Binjiang IoT Industrial Park, one of Hangzhou's key high-tech industry hubs. This headquarters is an advanced intelligent industrial park integrating research and development, experimentation, production, offices, conferences, and reception facilities. It aims to provide an exceptional environment for the Uniview Research Institute and Pilot Production Center in Hangzhou.

The site’s western boundary connects to the southern end of an urban green axis. Along this axis, the design reveals a 100m-tall tower, a horizontally extended R&D center, and a spacious podium. The interior shared spaces are modularly designed to foster collaboration while maintaining the hierarchical confidentiality of the organization, thereby establishing a technology hub of innovation, dynamism, and creativity.

On the ground floor, a 120m-long and 7m-wide elevated corridor, the “West Hall,” serves as the pedestrian artery for the headquarters. It connects the external park, sunken courtyard, and entrances to the laboratories, production, and R&D workshops, facilitating easy navigation and efficient mobility between the podium and working areas.

The underground restaurant accommodates 1300 people. It serves as a leisure hub with a gym, library, café, and convenience stores. Adjacent to the restaurant, the sunken plaza and atrium invite ample natural light access and provide direct access to different areas.

The R&D center offers a 5000㎡ flat floor space, providing optimal flexibility for organizational needs. The unique crescent-shaped atrium maximizes the influx of natural light and provides lovely views, while the Z-shaped staircase winding around it facilitates vertical traffic flow to encourage collaboration. Spanning across the second and third floors, the auditorium accommodates 350 seats and seamlessly integrates with the park landscape on its west. The wide staircase ensures a connection with the south hall, creating a venue suitable for large events or training sessions.
