ingenhoven associates are responsible for the overall architectural concept of the conversion of Cologne’s former CAPITOL TV production facility into a hotel. Key elements of the project include the design of the façades of the existing structure and a new hotel building located in the inner courtyard. Situated in a prime central location between the Belgian Quarter and the Gerling District, the site has been developed into a four-star boutique hotel. The property: a listed old water tower in the heart of Bad Segeberg, in the immediate vicinity of the Karl May Festival venue.
