The chapel of the former Ursulines convent is a remarkable example of the classical 18th century's architecture. The façades and the roof are listed nowadays. The whole building occupies a strategic place in the city of Mons, close to the railway station and Sainte Waudru. The new functions of the chapel will not ignore its past, which is marked by drastic events. The project stages the interactions between the different periods and the mechanisms of its new functioning: an enormous mechanism hosting a precious virtual and material depot.
