Barrisol® Biosource is a ceiling membrane made from plant-based materials designed to be completely recyclable. It is lightweight, weighing around 250 grams per square meter, and can be installed with very little waste generated on-site. The product consists of a biopolymer film that contains up to thirty percent plant-derived plasticizer. Additionally, the system features recycled aluminum framing and can be reused after it has been taken apart. This ceiling membrane creates a smooth, visually appealing surface and allows for the integration of various systems such as lighting, sound absorption, air circulation, or backlighting.
