The Spanish trio Lievore Altherr Molina, among other things well-known for their designs for the Italian designer brand Arper, made the drawings for the new TRIBÙ Branch collection. The designers took their inspiration from tree branches, fluid and organic. A new visual imagery was created using a minimum of parts, a barely visible assembly and sustainable materials.
The slimline design of the outdoor furniture completely becomes one with nature. Designer Manel Molina: "Branch strengthens the emotional connection with nature. It creates a feeling of respect and fascination with the natural environment, as a place to enjoy, nearby and uncomplicated."
Behind an airy, casual appearance lies a sophisticated design and well thought-out materials. Thanks to a close collaboration with the University of Leuven, the best choice of material and production method was determined. The aluminium high pressure-cast frame is combined with a seat and backrest made from recyclable polypropylene, reinforced with glassfiber. Both materials are easy to maintain and are optimally weather-resistant. The design of the back and seat is reminiscent of artisan woven surfaces
The collection includes a stackable side chair and armchair, and a range of tables – from small round and square tables to a large model of 3 metres. You can adorn you terrace with Branch in white or choose from two earthy shades that can also be beautifully combined: light linen and dark wengé.
