CLT Profi cross-laminated timber panels are prefabricated solid-timber structural elements manufactured from layers of C24 strength-graded spruce and pine arranged perpendicular to one another and bonded under pressure with a formaldehyde-free polyurethane adhesive. The panels can be used for load-bearing and non-load-bearing walls, floors, ceilings, and roof structures in residential, public, and private buildings. Project-specific elements are digitally fabricated using CNC machinery, allowing openings, connections, and fixing points to be cut accurately before delivery to site.

As a timber-based construction system, CLT stores biogenic carbon within the building during its service life and can replace more carbon-intensive structural materials where technically appropriate. Its relatively low weight can reduce transport requirements, foundation loads, and the size of lifting equipment needed on site. Off-site manufacturing and dry assembly can also shorten construction programmes, minimise wet trades, and improve material accuracy, with the potential to reduce site waste. CLT Profi holds PEFC Chain of Custody certification covering PEFC-certified sawnwood and cross-laminated timber, subject to the product specification.

An independently verified Type III Environmental Product Declaration is available for CLT Profi panels between 60 and 260 mm thick.

Sanctum – Nature Therapy Retreat

Sanctum is a nature therapy retreat located in a forested area near Vilnius, Lithuania, designed by Vilnius-based architecture studio arches. Developed in accordance with principles of neuroarchitecture, the project explores how spatial organisation, natural light, materials, and views of the forest can support rest, reflection, human well-being, and a closer connection with nature.
