Cross-laminated timber (CLT) panels from Kalesnikoff are engineered wood panels formed by stacking and gluing multiple layers of dimensional lumber at alternating right angles, then pressing them to create large, installation-ready structural components. Manufactured in a vertically integrated facility using sustainably sourced lumber, these panels are used for walls, floors, and roofs in multi-storey and long-span applications.

CLT is lighter than concrete or steel and can reduce foundation costs while remaining structurally robust. As a wood product, it sequesters carbon, storing it within the panel for the life of the building, and contributes to faster, prefabricated construction with less on-site waste.

Kalesnikoff’s CLT is produced to precision sizes and can be supplied in a range of widths, thicknesses, and grades to meet project requirements, with sustainable forestry certification available on request.
