The Titus DTFS is a fan-powered terminal unit designed to regulate airflow in variable air volume (VAV) systems. Installed above the ceiling and connected to ducts, it uses an integrated fan to deliver consistent air distribution to occupied zones, with options for electric or hot-water reheat where additional conditioning is needed. By providing zone-level control, the DTFS reduces wasted energy, ensures comfort only where and when it is required, and supports the efficiency of the central HVAC system. Units equipped with electronically commutated motors (ECMs) further enhance performance by lowering electricity use over their lifecycle.
