DOUBLE RING DUAL BURNERS The challenge for Sabaf was to produce a small multi-crown burner that was both very powerful (at least 5.5kw) and fitted with dual control and that was also much more efficient than the “special” burners already in production. It is thanks to its own know-how and competence that Sabaf has been able to achieve this target also.
The new Double Ring DUAL burners satisfy both the needs of the market and the environment: In fact, they have a maximum power of 5.5 kW and an efficiency of 60%, a truly exceptional value considering that multi-crown burners usually never exceed 53-54%. Moreover, thanks to the dual control, the new DUALS are highly flexible: The internal crown can be regulated separately from the external one, with a minimum power of 0.3 kW for delicate cooking procedures.
The DUAL burners are available, on the same platform, in three functional and aesthetic versions: DUAL AE Burners – complementary to the Series II AE DUAL AEO Burners – complementary to the Series II AEO DUAL TORCH Burners – for wok cooking
The new range of burners is accompanied by great new features, which also concern the other SABAF products, in particular the taps, burners for ovens and hinges.
