The DUETTO coffee table is made by applying laser technology to a 3-mm thick, ¼ square metre large sheet of metal. The tabletop is achieved by cutting a square or round shape out of the centre of sheet metal, depending on the type of table desired. The metal is then folded to form the base of the table while the top is welded over it. The table is then protected with epoxy paint and finished with water-based varnishes.
